 * Remove all doctests [gmb]
 * Remove all uses of sample data in tests related to Bug [deryck]
 * Fix security proxy for objects returned from factory [abel]
 * Write LEP for getting some part of Bug Forwarding in LP [bryceh]
 * Write LEP for handling multiple mutually exclusive bugs [deryck]
 * Write LEP for Bug Q&A [deryck]
 * Write LEP for making HWDB it's own package [deryck,abel]

= Decisions =

 * deryck and gmb to land small branches every week until doc tests and bug sample data are gone
 * Entire team to focus on lower cycle time and higher velocity
    * Branch must represent 2 days of work
    * Break work up immediately if it doesn't
    * Better assess work required before adding cards to board
 * deryck and mrevell made a better plan for communicating changes in the bugs app
 * deryck, bryceh, and bdmurray will get all of the work bryceh/bdmurray would like to see done on their rotations into LEP form
