2009-06-30 abentley: renamed ~launchpad-pqm/oops-tools/trunk to ~launchpad-pqm/oops-tools/trunk-old and ~matsubara/oops-tools/trunk to ~launchpad-pqm/oops-tools/trunk to help Diogo update to 2a format.  Used hitchhiker to determine the default stacking branch.

2009-07-03 thumper: deleted a branch with nuclear release codes

2010-02-10 mwhudson: used being able to see the +delete page to tell what a branch was linked to.

Used it a lot with hitchhiker to help people with fubared branch upgrades.
