Responsible squad: Teal

The Team squad is active over 2/3 of the day. One member will be on call for part of his day to drive the queues to zero. When a member comes unavailable ask another member to watch #launchpad. The squad will collaborate when there is overlap. There is often less than an hour of work to drive queues to zero for each squad member.
