Maintenance Rotation Schedule

Here is the list of people responsible for handling user-support and operational maintenance on Launchpad according to the maintenance rotation policy.

Responsible squad: Red

Week of Feb 21st 2011

Responsible squad: Green

The green team is active over 2/3 of the day. One member will be on call for part of his day to drive the queues to zero. When a member comes unavailable ask another member to watch #launchpad. The team will collaborate when there is overlap.

• jcsackett is on call at the start of his day.
• sinzui is on call at the end of his day.
• wgrant is on call at the end of his day.

Monday is an exception where wgrant will be the only member on call.
