This entry details the existing policies and procedures for the Launchpad team. It also contains many development guides.

Launchpad Policies Overview

All Launchpad team members are expected to understand the listed policies and processes. Policies and high-level processes are established by management to ensure operational standards.

As part of our lean methods, we encourage ideas and experimentation towards continuous improvements. Here we define a table of processes, with the standard process page linked to the left and the experiment page to the right.

Should you have any recommended process changes, please use the continuous process improvement page /ContinuousImprovementProcess, which explains how this is done.

NOTE: Many of these pages point to Old LP wiki, which in turn points to either the internal wiki or the public wiki. The pointers aren't an issue, but the first thing to be seen on the "Old" wiki is that the wiki isn't used anymore. It seems like we should consider getting rid of it, rather than pointing through it.
