We no longer plan to use Launchpad to store software ratings and reviews. See [[https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter/RatingsAndReviews|the updated specification]] on the Ubuntu wiki.

  Is LP still expected to have a UI around this? I have some concerns if that is the case. -- RobertCollins
