For the Launchpad Epic 2010 in Prague (July, 12th-16th), we want to have all translations hackers working on lowering our technical debt by fixing old code that we've looked at for so long and simply can't stand it anymore.

What is it that we can't stand anymore?
 * POFile:+translate page crazy views (along with `TranslationMessage` views).
 * All translations interfaces for pillars, pillar language stats, IRosettaStats.
 * Separate treatment of language "variants" (instead of actual support).
 * Import queue (old-style with manual approval).
 * Redundancy in `VPOExport`/`VPOTExport`/`TranslationMessageData`/`ExistingPOFileInDatabase`.
 * Move language code out of translations and make the page an "overview" page.
