Task Estimation
How it's done
Organize a call between entire Translations team, preferably with one another person outside the team. Have everybody estimate the costs of any particular development effort (feature, bug, procedural task), discuss and re-estimate until scores converge.
The basis for estimation should be Populate uninitialized values in new columns for message sharing which has a story point value of 2.
