== How it's done ==

Organize a call between entire Translations team, preferably with one another person outside the team. Have everybody estimate the costs of any particular development effort (feature, bug, procedural task), discuss and re-estimate until scores converge.

The basis for estimation should be [[https://blueprints.launchpad.net/rosetta/+spec/message-sharing-populate|Populate uninitialized values in new columns for message sharing]] which has a story point value of 2.
