Pages that will be designed for 3.0

When designing these pages, it is important to timebox the time spent doing so, as the task will expand to use as much as you allocate to it. My recommendation is to not let any page go on for more than a week, and not spend more than 2 or 3 days actually working on it. Do an initial design, send it to a public list explaining why you did the changes, gather feedback and apply them at your discretion. Make sure that the end result is really better than what we have now, as that is the primary objective.
