At some point we'll have a PolicyAndProcess page for this explaining what needs to be done. Until then read kiko's email
- XXX: things to be added to the LPW process page
- during LPW edge updates can't stop, otherwise we can't see the improvements made by LPW commits.
- add a [lpw] or something similar tag to commits so we can track commits related to performance work done during LPW
- lower the timeout configs for edge and staging before the starting the next PW
