Purpose

The /builders/+builds/<BUILD_ID> page should enable viewers to ...

Target user audience:

• Release-managers/Buildd-admins;
• Uploaders;
• Users in general.

All categories of users probably fit in the same set of use cases. They ought spot, at a glance, as much information we store according to the build state and they also ought to be able to navigate to the corresponding building source and resulting binaries when it's the case.

Use-cases

• Willian, as an uploader, when visiting a build page for a source he has just uploaded (NEEDSBUILD), wants to know when it is going to be dispatched.
• Maxwell, as an uploader, when visiting a build page for one of his source that is being built (BUILDING), wants to view the ongoing build log.
