Capture Distribution Series When Filing Bugs

When users file a bug on a distribution, it is useful to know which series of that distribution they have been using when the bug manifested itself.

Under the package selection part of the form, a dropdown will be displayed. The dropdown will have the value 'Unknown', as well as all of the series registered for this distribution. The selected value is initialized to either the user-agent supllied value (probably only for users of Ubuntu / Firefox), or the current series.

When the bug is created, the initial comment (description) has, just below the binary message hint an extra line:

'Affected series: Juicy Jackal'
