2. Project/team affiliations.  As a user interested in a project, I
want to be able to go to a project's index page and immediately see
"team X is the user community and has a mailing list" "team Y is the
developer community" "team Z has commit rights", etc.  As a project
manager, I want to be able to make and manage these explicit
connections between projects and teams in one place.
